Sermon: Jesus Christ, the Power and Wisdom of God

Scripture: 1 Corinthians 1:18-25 "As if you know everything." I still remember when I was in junior high school, that was the line of my English teacher every time the class was getting noisy,  and no one was listening to her. Can we assess ourselves if there’s a possibility that we can know everything? Is our knowledge or wisdom enough to help us and save us from all trials of this world? Can we rely on our knowledge or wisdom? Whom knowledge and wisdom do we seek and need? Before, I had an experience of being unappreciated for being the class valedictorian during my primary education. I did not expect this title, for I know in myself that there are students who excel more than I do. It just happened that extracurriculars were part of the grading system, and I participated a lot. I was mistreated both in person and on social media about this matter. I think this was one of the reasons why I feel and see
