"You"


 When I seek You, Lord, I find You

When I read your Word, I get to know you

When I desire to be with you, I'm so in love 

When I hear your call, I follow You


You show me Your will as I walk with You

You put me in a place where You can mold me

You have promised me my future, I'm not insecure 

And I will trust You, Lord, all the days of my life


O Lord, You taught me to sing hymns and songs of praises

You have guided my hands to create music 

You have shown me to love and serve others

With that, I have learned to worship in spirit and truth


I am yours, Lord, and You are with me

As You carry Your cross, I take up mine

I will serve You, Lord, with all my heart, mind, and soul and love others

I am proclaiming You, Lord, for I am your servant forever and ever, and I give You glory forever more. Amen.

  “We might appear as opposites, but we are not opposed. We might appear to be different, but we are not separate”. This remark by author and poet Brian Thompson aptly captures our lives as Harris Memorial College students. We come from different parts of the Philippines, grew up in various cultures, and are now striving to live together in a dormitory while studying. But is it really possible to live together amidst differences while carrying the culture that we grew up with?                           Most students are to be deaconesses and home missioners. Christmas Sermon

    Luke 2:8-20 The Shepherds and the Angels             “Joy to the world, the Lord is come!   Let earth receive her King! Let every heart prepare Him room and heaven and nature sing, and heaven and nature sing, and heaven, and heaven and nature sing”. This song was written in 1719 by Isaac Watts, but the message of the song happened more than 2000 years ago. The Christmas season comes every year. But, due to its annual celebration, can you still sing Joy to the World like you never sung it before or can you still continue to prepare your heart and keep singing this joyful song of praise? Luke 2:8-20 made us see how good news was revealed to the Shepherds by the Angel and how the Angels and the Shepherds received this news.
